I received my DVC90 on a promotional by Roxio, and compared to the other analog-to-digital devices that are bulkier and higher in price, I'm just glad it does what I want - put all my home VCR tapes on digital media. Try unplugging the DVC90,going to add/remove in the control panel and uninstalling the Pinnacle entries.Maybe run a registry cleaner if you have one and reboot.This time run the PCLEUSB2.exe file first to install the drivers.Now plug the DVC in and see if it finds the drivers,if not point Windows at them and reboot and see what happens.Other than that I'm not sure anyone has any magical advice.I got it working after many tries and driver files.Another thing to try is going to the first page and searching the forums for DVC90.You'll find a pinned post about Roxio not finding the DVC.It has a link to some drivers you could try if the Pinnacle ones won't work. Challenger,I have the same drivers as you have listed and mine works just fine.It did take some doing but it works even though I'm not sure why.
